AIUT transforms into a Joint-Stock Company, strengthening its position in international markets
Effective August 3, 2026, by decision of the District Court in Gliwice, we have officially changed our legal form and transformed into AIUT S.A. (AIUT Joint-Stock Company). This change comes as a direct response to the growing scale of our operations and represents a key milestone in fulfilling our long-term growth strategy.
Foundation for further expansion
The transformation into a joint-stock company is a important step for us, which will significantly facilitate the execution of our international expansion plans. We are establishing a formal corporate structure tailored to the scale of the projects we deliver worldwide.
Structural changes and leadership
Along with the change in legal status, we have established a new corporate body – the Supervisory Board, comprising:
- Brunon Gabryś — Chairman of the Supervisory Board,
- Leszek Olejarz — Member of the Supervisory Board,
- Jerzy Żurakowski — Member of the Supervisory Board.
Our Management Board continues to be led by our existing executives: Marek Gabryś (President of the Management Board) and Piotr Olewicz (Vice-President of the Management Board).
This legal transformation does not affect our ongoing operations, active projects, or business strategy.
