Maintenance-free and smart
The AMPLI 60 intelligent communication hub for tankers is the latest, universal communication hub ensuring security and full control of transported fuel supplies. The maintenance-free device allows for communication with all truck systems and transfers data to the OBC (On-Board Computer) class system.
Full control over the transport of fuel
Fuel transport requires special supervision. For this purpose, we have created a dedicated communication concentrator of a new generation, maintenance-free device, in accordance with the concept of Industry 4.0, capable of communicating with the systems of road tankers and telemetric systems at fuel stations, allowing for information management within one coherent ecosystem. The solution ensures full control of fuel transport, from the moment of planning to the settlement of delivery.
The versatility of AMPLI 60 allows for its application in various types of fuel systems. The concentrator installed in a tank cab reads vehicle route information obtained from the CAN bus and flowmeter data during the discharge, enabling transparent data exchange with pre-processing. The USB interface enables communication with the OBC mobile application installed on the driver's tablet or phone, and radio communication allows to read the fuel level in the tanks located in the station.
AMPLI 60 is a device of small dimensions (80mm x 160mm x 55mm), easy to program, which is extremely important in the implementation and operation process.
The concentrator has a built-in GPS system, allowing for independent location of the tanker and verification of the route.
The device works reliably even in extreme temperatures from -20 deg C to +50 deg C. To protect the continuity of operation, it is equipped with a battery backup from the internal battery, allowing for operation up to 24 hours after the loss of power.
As part of the FuelPrime solution, our truck tanker communication hub can communicate with telemetry systems at the fuel stations, ensuring full control of fuel transport from the moment of planning to the settlement of delivery.
