New solutions for a growing market

Data indicate that up to 10 million natural gas-powered vehicles will be on European roads in 2020. This represents an increase of around 8 million compared to previous years. Reasons? Environmental reasons, lower operating costs, growing infrastructure and popularity and regulations, as well as privileges and lower charges. EU support may be important for the development of publicly accessible CNG stations, where it is said that the maximum distance between points on transit corridors should not exceed 150 km. There are also environmental considerations behind the expansion of the CNG and LNG market as emission-free fuels.

Efficient consumer service

Our experience in cooperation with leading fuel companies in Poland and worldwide confirms that the demand for solutions in the field of fueling process automation is growing, e.g. to improve consumer service. This is one of the advantages of our system. The solution allows to automate the process of control of vehicles coming to the station. At the same time, it automates the process of refueling by unlocking the distributor at the moment of correct authorization of the vehicle.

Automatic cylinder authorization

Our solution identifies authorized natural gas installations through an RFID scanner. After verification with the official list of authorized vehicles/installations (example of procedures in India), the system automatically unlocks the fuel distributor. The whole procedure takes only several seconds. The solution maximizes the level of security and speeds up the operation of the vehicle at the station. It also gives the station owner full knowledge of financial transactions, providing access to detailed sales reports for a given station and a station employee working there.
