Remote meter readout and node control
Our system gives the possibility of full and constant supervision over the operation of a heating substation, among others in the field of heating and hot water preparation.
In the AIUT Smart City IoT family of systems we offer an intelligent system for remote readout of data from heat meters and water meters cooperating with weather regulators and controllers.
Remote management of the node
The main element of the system is the AIUT OKO 5x85 concentrator, which reads data from data loggers installed directly on water and heat meters using the IoT technology, while it communicates with controllers and weather controllers via the MODBUS protocol. It gives the possibility of constant supervision over the work of the heating substation in the scope of heating and preparation of hot utility water.
Rapid implementation
The period of data transfer to the system is freely configurable. Typically, data from the controllers are sent every 5 min, and data from heat meters every 15 min. A user-friendly web interface enables generating reports and statements, as well as changing operating parameters of the controller. The advantage of the solution is intuitive operation and simple installation, which is limited to connecting the concentrator to the network and connecting a dedicated connector to the communication port of the controller/controller.
The system allows for daily remote and automatic readouts of any heat meter and water meter, with an accuracy of day and hour. It is a convenient and safe business solution, allowing to optimize the operation of the heating substation.
Our solution is compatible with a wide range of heat and water meters from leading suppliers and ready for installation on existing or new heat meters and water meters. This means no additional costs associated with unplanned replacement of existing infrastructure within the network.
