The AIUT Group grows bigger as of 2022 thanks to the merger with IMI Polska

In January 2022, AIUT took over a majority stake in IMI Polska company, located in Krakow. IMI Polska specializes in the construction of robotic machines, robotic stations, and safety systems. This investment is a part of the consistently implemented growth strategy of the AIUT Group. The goal is to increase the availability of AIUT services in the Lesser Poland region and strengthen the position in the local market of industrial automation suppliers. This becomes the ninth location on the AIUT business map in Poland.

IMI-Polska Sp. z o.o. specializes in the designing and construction of machines, devices, and robotic stations. Our company implements solutions based on an extensive security strategy. We have over 100 successful projects, especially in the automotive, electrotechnical, FMCG, food, and heavy industries. As part of the transaction, IMI Poland will get business-integrated with the Automation and Robotics Department of AIUT, with a specific autonomy of activities within the partnership model of cooperation.

With over 30 years of experience in the automation and robotization of production processes, AIUT is the largest Polish integrator of solutions for industry. The company employs nearly 1000 employees, including over 600 engineers. The company expands dynamically - acquiring new partners and entering new markets. Just in the last twelve months, we have opened four new branches.
