Poland strengthens the economic cooperation with North Korea. On the 14th of July in Warsaw, the Polish Minister of Development and Technology, Waldemar Buda, and the Korean Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, Chang-Yang Lee, signed a cooperation agreement on trade promotion and investment, including trade and industrial cooperation. The aim of the forum is to strengthen economic cooperation between Poland and the Republic of Korea, which was represented by more than 80 entities, including companies, public institutions and business associations.

The agreement signed at the Korea-Poland Forum 2023 between the Forum Automatyki i Robotyki Polskiej (FAiRP) and the Korea Association of Robot Industry is the first step towards a strategic partnership in the field of business and technological cooperation for members of both organisations.

We have started an important dialog. The agreement signed by the Forum Automatyki i Robotyki Polskiej and the Korea Association of Robot Industry will enable us to strengthen the economic and business cooperation. First and foremost, Polish integrators will be of assistance to Korean partners in the transfer of technologies and production capacities to Poland and Europe. We hope that the established cooperation platform will support the Polish industry in the Asian expansion and will enable us to combine our mutual potentials in creating breakthrough innovation– said Marek Gabryś, President of AIUT Group, co-founder and member of the Supervisory Board of the Forum Automatyki i Robotyki Polskiej

Beneficial for both sides

The cooperation between FAiRP and KAR will enable the use of the unique know-how, experience in the field of robotics and the industrial potential of both sides to stimulate the growth, innovation and competitiveness of the member companies. The strategic partnership requires in particular:
