The AIUT system provides monitoring of the condition of water and heating infrastructure practically in real time. This reduces network depreciation costs by adjusting the pressure in the pipeline. Moreover, it allows for quick detection of leaks, and thanks to advanced data analysis, it enables to predict failures and prevent them.
Automatic readouts in a flexible model
AIUT Smart City IoT works as a stationary solution. This means that data from the counters is automatically transferred to the system every day, at a certain frequency. A simultaneous walk-by/drive-by readout is possible in case of need.
The system includes AIUT field devices such as OKO 5585 in battery or mains-powered version and AKAM, ALAND, APAT, AKFAP, ACTAR, etc. communication modules. Up to six heat meters and one water meter can be read in a single district heating substation.
Data from the meters are transmitted wirelessly (ISM 868) or by wire (IMR BUS, MBUS) to the OKO concentrator, from where they are transmitted to the server via GSM.
The system allows for a daily remote and automatic readouts of any heat meter, with an accuracy to the day and hour, as well as an unattended billing invoice. It is a convenient and safe business solution, both for heat distribution companies and individual customers.
Our solution is compatible with a wide range of heat meters from leading suppliers and ready for installation on existing or new heat meters. This means no additional costs associated with unplanned replacement of existing infrastructure within a given heat network.
